Going the Distance with Natasha Fountain and Ricardo Watson Wedding

No matter of the distance between this couple the groom remained dedicated to every detail of the wedding for his bride. How many women can say that? Ricardo Watson is that very man who took very good care of his fiancee Natasha Fountain. Ricardo worked in Zurich while Natasha worked and resided in New York. So Ricardo knew it would be best to hire a wedding planner to relieve the stresses that many brides go through. It was an immediate connection between us all and we made it official.

Now, ladies Ricardo stayed dedicated to the wedding planning process the entire time. He knew of Natasha's hectic schedule so the majority of our communications were through email and we scheduled vendor meetings and trips to New York.

What a journey through planning this wedding for 15 months the weekend has come. My ICS team (Manuel and Jenny) and myself had traveled to Mount Laurel, New Jersey for our three day wedding weekend full of activities. We operated on four hours of sleep daily to make sure we were by our couple's side. From the production of stuffing favor bags, purchasing last minute items before the rehearsal, coordinating the rehearsal, running to get breakfast, to the steaming of dresses to tuxedos, typing up the revised guest list before the wedding, glossing the bride's lips throughout the day, making a run to the store to get the groom some Red Bull and to calling all of the guests the next day for their wake up call reminding them of the brunch then to greeting them all with an Aleve in hand. We had to make sure everything was ran perfectly and it did.

The wedding was everything the couple envisioned and we were happy to be a part of it. I loved all of the vendors as well as the couple Adam of Petals Premier did an amazing job. The room was gorgeous. Courtney took the most amazing photos with the second shooter. She was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. Jamie and Shirley at Haddonfield United Methodist Church were a joy to work with and you must check out the church ground.Cathy at the Merion was the best. With the last minute changes she never complained. Jason of Excel Entertainment had the guests jumping out of their seats.

Thank you Natasha and Ricardo for allowing us to be a part of your wedding!
